You don't need to be fixed.
You need to come home to yourself.

I work with women who are at a turning point — in love, in grief, in identity, in desire. Together we move through the patterns keeping you disconnected and into the truth of who you actually are.

I grew up in religion — devotion on one side, the suppression of a woman's body and emotional truth on the other. As the oldest daughter with four brothers, I learned early that my worth came from caretaking, not from being cared for.

That suppression became rebellion. I moved through toxic relationships, addiction, bankruptcy, and divorce. I was living loudly but still lost — disconnected from my own body, my own truth, my own needs.

Then I met someone who offered something I hadn't known before: safety. And that safety, as gentle as it was, revealed just how far I still was from myself. Our struggles with intimacy and my disordered eating became the doorway into this work. When that chapter completed, I didn't move toward another person. I moved toward myself.

I chose the unknown. I chose to trust what was next — even when I couldn't see it.

What came next was my husband. We met in truth — not performance, not projection. We stayed present through the hard things, including his own journey through addiction and recovery. We didn't build something easy. We built something real. Survival patterns became secure attachment. Wounds became the path to genuine intimacy.

I do not teach theory. I live what I guide.

I am Heidi Revay — mentor, guide, and facilitator in self-worth, conscious love, sacred intimacy, and embodied power. I help women dissolve the patterns keeping them disconnected and find their way back to their bodies, their truth, and their own hearts.
